Ramkeen Island, Lebanon's lost island.
Ramkeen Island is part of the Palms Island natural reserve.
It is an underrated island that no one knows exists, but it is the most intersting of the islands, specially for anyone who likes some adventure.
It is 11km off-shore, and 5mins beyond the Palms Island.
It's mostly a rocky island and has an old abandoned lighthouse built around the 1950s.
There's a small sandy beach on one side, but is mostly rocks & cliffs.
It's great for anyone who likes jumping off cliffs, hiking around, and bouldering.
The water is extremely clean, and is perfect for free diving & snorkling.
Not enough can be said about the beauty of this place, you have to simply visit.
Getting there is a simple boat ride from Mina in Tripoli that costs 5 USD, and is about 40 minutes (you should bring your own food & drinks).
